ADDIS ABABA, Aug 24 (Reuters) - African leaders will ask rich nations for $67 billion per year to mitigate the impact of global warming on the world's poorest continent, according to a draft resolution seen by Reuters on Monday.


They will just have to wait a few months when cap and trade comes up.

Are they serious? We (the US) could give them $67 Billion annually to offset global warming in their continent, or we could spend $67 Billion annually to offset global warming causes in the US which helps out the whole world instead of one continent.
