i used NYGM fatigue model, i like that fatigue not depends on time boosting, but in some quarters i had change crew every 4 hours, it's too often for me and it's not realistic, when in real life boat had 2 12 hour watches. Can someone tell me pls waht's fatigue model will good for me?

You could try no fatigue. Works well for me.:DL Never have to worry about who's asleep and who's at work.

well, realism is important for me, but when i had starting play NYGM, every 4-5 hours i got the message that diesel not works, though i had full compartment, if in reality on diesels crew have 6 hour watch, they should be at least work those 6 hours without stopping diesels. Other thing is that the different compartments have different watches like bridge 4 and diesels 6, it's willl tooo often to change crew in compartments, i'm not sure that i'm up for this. The best thing, how i think, it's change crew in compartments every 12 hours, then you have 2 watches in 1 day. It's not so often to change and it's give you some fun with the game. Anyway, the question is for those who used different fatigue models or mods, what's fatigue model most close for it? And how different fatigue models works?

I think the game can't simulate realistic watches. It would be realistic if watches changed automatically like in SH4.

Exactly question is - if i set up time compression in 3d views to max {1024}, in what fatigue model the crew will get tired more slowly?

Nobody stood a 12-hour watch, ever. Four hours was about all a bridge watch could take holding binoculars up and looking at nothing. I wasn't on subs, but my department on our destroyer (radio) stood rotating 8-hour watches when at sea.

I use SH3 Commander and the 8-hour GWX model, with 3D Views set to 1024. I come out of TC every 4 hours and change all the watches, and then enjoy the view for awhile. Works great for me.:sunny:

I am with Tarjak.. I think my men are old enough to know when to go to bed. And seasoned enough to sleep through the depth charging.. they are hardcore! :arrgh!:

I looked at NYGM basic.cfg file and found just 1 thing that changing depends of crew man rank. It's fatigue step, increases with increase a rank of member. So i wanna that my crew fatigue will 2x slower then in NYGM original, but don't know what i have to do, make this parameter less or more 2x
