I understand I should be asking this on the NHancer web site but ill ask it here first since I visit this forum more then most.

I just formatted my hard drive and installed a new hard drive along side of it.

Every thing is running smoothly and FPS is so much higher and consistent (no sporadic numbers) ..anyways

I cant seem to get NHancer to load up. I click on the short cut and the "NHancer 2.5.1)" image shows up and then nothing. I cant seem to get the program to play. I check in Task Manager and its not showing up.

I have deleted and installed over and over again but nothing.

Has this ever happened to anyone here and how would you go about fixing this?

Thanks!

Maybe run a regcleaner after uninstall.

I can't get it to load either, after I updated to driver.
However, with the new driver I have satisfactory performance.

Great!

However, when you don't want to format your computer and use uninstall (from the original SH3 DVD), and you want a brand new fresh install, I recommend the program that I wrote before.

Because, even you have uninstalled SH3, it leaves a lot of things in your registry. In that case I suggest to use RegVac Registry Cleaner. It removes everything from your previous SH3 installation. :yeah:

Well all fixed up now.

I tried the reg cleaner but it didn't help me, ill still keep it in my "Important" folder on my desktop ..thanks :)

What worked for me was I uninstalled my video card driver..installed a older driver version then uninstalled that. I figured instead of trying to clean out the the reminence of the first driver I would just install a different one first with the intention of uninstalling soon after installation . Make sense? It did to me at the time :)

Then I reinstalled the newest driver again and all is good .

Thanks

You're welcome! :)

@TigerShark808: Happy to hear that everything is working fine now.

Don't waste your time Kapitänleutnant, you need to inform BdU that you are ready, because there's a lot of work to do!
