Unless they can shoot 'shells' and blow stuff up they hold about the same attraction as RC cars do for me.

Left, Right, Foward, Backwards thats about it. Although I have witnessed some RC car racing that was pretty cool.

But give me RC aircraft any day :yeah:

Great way of keeping the wifey from the hobbyroom..:haha:

I saw an Australian site that has big rc scale models of just about any second world war tank, with engine sound, smoke from the excaust and a working gun!

The tanks have forward, backward and rotating movement and the gun is also completely controlable, heck while i'm writing i wanna looka again anyway so here's the link:

There's also the cheaper ones for around $100 that look pretty cool and do the same things, but they are made from plastic.I saw a cool one on a German site,it was a 1/4 scale model of a KingTiger...for the same price as a nice second hand car! This scene is pretty big i guess.

And yes I WANT!!

There was a guy at the airshow here last year that had 1/4 scale RC Panzers that squirted water...that was pretty fun.

I'm thinking of buying an M4 Sherman rc tank (http://www.nitrotek.co.uk/rctank.php) and then customizing it. I found several resources online but I wanted to ask you guys if any owns own. I feel its a bit expensive, but I'd like to know your thoughts. Thanks a lot!
