One for the Brits - TV series

Can anyone remember the BBC2 documentary series about aviation that was on TV at the end of the 80's, must be 1988/89 as I missed the end as I moved to the US.

I think it was called Wings but not sure.

I am not sure of the title you are looking for, but the BBC series, Wings, was a fictional series about a WWI pilot and was made in the 70's. It wasn't a doc. I just didn't want you following the wrong path :)
