What overcharge. He's just paying his fair share of taxes for universal health care coverage supporting his bad habit's detrimental effects to his health.

What they don't say, is that its the oil company that owns the service station's new method of money recovery in the global financial crisis, charge the smokers a little extra per pack of smokes and no one will complain because "smoking's bad mmmmkay" :D

LOL I remember along time ago a friend of mine went to withdraw money from these newfangled ATM machines.

He punched in 40 bucks and the machine said insufficent funds, he knew he had it covered so he hit the check balance thing and it spit out $999,999.99

He took the recipt into the bank and asked to borrow 1 cent so he could be a millionare :rotfl:
