I've seen it being played at my old table top gaming club and for a "beer and skittles" board game, it had a pretty big and dedicated following in a club that tended to dominated by 15mm Napoleonic minatures.....

I'd say go for it! Money well spent!

I didn't know it was out! thanks for the heads up. I used to play the board game, and the original PC game 15+ years ago :)

My favorite thing about the board game was shoving the other players off the field and into the audience where the audience would beat the CRAP out of him and toss his carcass back out onto the field. :DL

The random cheating while the ref's back was turned was always fun too ! The Goblin Pogo Stick and Chainsaw were awesome when you got away with using them ! :haha:
