SH3 Commander lets you start at sea. As well as such a huge variety of other cool options that no true kaleun should be without it.:rock:

The Commander let you start at sea - but only just outside the base. If in Kiel, for example, you still have the long trip around Denmark or through the Kiel Canal....
Or you can edit the coordinates by yourself or download the Start patrols at sea (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/downloads.php?do=file&id=557) mod for which i'm not so sure....
EDIT: The "Start patrols at Sea" mod is for use with GWX 1.03 only and that was some time ago...:lol:

:haha::haha: Only joking
SH3 Commander is a fantastic mod that has so many cool features and adds a lot to the immersion. Give it a whirl you wont be disappointed.
Thats just my 2 pence.

I'm sorry to say it but i doubt that it will work. Maybe someone from the GWX team will post here to clarify things.
The mod modifies the Campaign_LND.mis file. It was made by Rubini for GWX 1.03.
Good luck.:03:
