Guys I'm looking for a funny Russian handgun, except it doesn't fire bullets but a nerve agent.

Not kidding I had a student during my time in Russia whose dad ran a security business and when he was round at my flat one day he showed me his and offered to get me one.

It was plastic, fitted in the palm of my hand and didn't have a projecting barrel. It contained about 6 cartridges. It wa a self defence weapon and you would have to get someone in the face with it but given an assailant couldn't see what was in your hand I guess it could be useful.

Anyway I'm trying to track it down. Anyone got any ideas?

Is that supposed to be a scene from The Jerk?

As to the nerve agent gun are you sure that this thing really worked?
It sounds very KGBish( though many former KGB do work in the security industry) or it may have been some form of one off weapon. though if it was as small as you say it was it sounds like there is a risk you could hit yourself. Also do you mean nerve agent which is normaly something deadly or an agent that only knocks out or impares?

At any rate I think its safe to say that you wont easily be able to find one if that is what you where thinking as the nature of the device you describe sound rather illegal in most places. The fact that you say it had no protruding barrel is confusing what was it shaped like? You current description is way too vauge. The KGB also had guns that looked like a lighter and had about 2 or 3 .32 cal bullets.

Is it the second from last device on this page?;http://www.powayusd.com/online/usonline/2nd%20semester%20US/weapons.htm
or perhaps something like the second item?It is Bulgarian and was used by the KGB it says that they could fire gas cylinders sounds like your device.

Like I said though if you are trying to get a hold of one be aware that such a thing is most likely illegal most everywhere just a heads up dont want you to get into trouble.
