hi,
regardless of SH3commander value changes or manual main.cfg tweaking, everytime there is an incoming radio message, time compression enroute drops to 1x
is there any way out from this? (sorry if I missed the answer searching the forum)
thanks

Yupp, but you probably won't like it.
You have to adjust the real-time setting. This however will affect anything else as well that uses that setting - t/c drop.
Radio-msg received (M) has nothing to do with the messages t/c setting that is for reports like convoys.
Nothing you can do about it, not a bug, just the way it is.

Try leaving the radio room unmanned. However you will miss all the messages.

There are some "light" radio mods; check the DL section.

Any way to remove the messages put in for atmosphere and just leave in the important ones, the useless messages are far more numerous than the rather rare informative ones and cause more problems.
getting messages from an unknown source on an open frequency saying
"torp-" rather dampen my battery to say the least.

I agree 100%, to much messages and TC goes to 1. Every 30 minutes or sometimes shorter on my patrol DH84 (West of Canary Islands) I am informed about the AFRIKAKORPS! I am at sea and need only relevant information!
And believe me, DH84 is a boring patrol. I did not see one ship :damn:
