The people who got offended by that are morons. Soon none of us will be able to watch or play things just for fear of "upsetting" other people.

All about the marketing.
Maybe if EA started making games that did not suck they would not need such ploys. :nope:

I'd have to agree with both KP and Platapus
I don't think anybody is actually offended by it though, just a bunch of idiots who want to draw attention

Another hot button topic. My only take is that those who are most offended, must have the greatest internal doubt in their own faith.
Why must people do God's housekeeping for Him? I mean, this the guy who created heaven and earth, created man and woman, hit the reset button with Noah's flood, takes nice peoples lives early as "It's God's will". I think He can handle some discipline on his own. Or, do you doubt His ability or existence?

If your wondering, I'm at least agnostic.

What ever happened to the days of... "That looks terrible! I don't want my little Jimmy playing that game! I won't buy it for him then."?
But I'm not a big fan of EA either, party at my house when EA finally goes belly up.

Some here are too young to remember a similar protest over 'The Exorcist'. That movie looks stupid now.

People like to make big deals out of the smallest things. Some do it for attention, some because others are doing it, and some do it because they really are offended. At any rate, EA does not need to nor should they ever concede to the demands of this nonsensical minority. It's just a game, and many of us are enthusiastic about it, including myself; it's a cool concept overall. Get over it. I suppose you all boycotted SPORE as well because evolution was a major part of gameplay... of course, SPORE wasn't a great game, but that's not the point here.

Yea, wonder if they looks back and think of how stupid they were. lol This was just a good way to get there thoughts out there.:yep:
If its a linear storyline game ban it all you want, its autocrud to me, but if they try to take my games away I'l become a militant pirate. :nope:

I just remembered the protest over Mel Gibson's Jesus Christ movie, whatever that was called. They're so easy to provoke it's not really fair. Easy publicity and reminds me of a 'Father Ted' episode, where Bishop Brennan commands the boys to protest the movie 'The Passion of St. Tibulus'. Sales of tickets breaks records. :har:

That game looks exactly like all the other Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 games that are out. More senseless drivel with explosions and violence for the sheep. :nope:
I swear. So few game companies are making anything REMOTELY new and interesting anymore. There hasn't been a game that's come out in YEARS that's interested me in the least. All the games are being made for the 12-20 year old light/non-gamer market right now.
i hope they paid their researcher well.:O:
