If your running Vista there's many Gadget addons for vista's sidebar with 100's of free radio stations last time i took a look. Just right-click on toolbar and choose find more gadgets or something or rather been quite a while since ive login to Vista.

I wish XP had this feature Microsoft should of added it in their last service pack - a sidebar with access to all of vista's gadgets. There are fan made sidebars for xp yet always too buggy and no gadgets to go with it apart from the very basic ones.
