I guess White Settlement, Texas isn't (shouldn't) considered to be funny. :salute:
On the October 14, 2005, City leaders announced a plan to have local voters decide on a possible name change for the town from White Settlement to West Settlement. In the November 8 election, the name change was overwhelmingly rejected by a vote of 2388 to 219.
How about Crazy Woman Creek, Wyoming?

An FAA-operated VOR navigation beacon, named amusingly after this area, is located about seven miles (12 km) southeast of the creek. Crazy Woman VOR's FAA three-letter station designator is CZI.
Can't you just herar the controller asking a pilot to report Crazy Woman?

Or a pilot unfamiliar with the approach seeing only CZI and hearing control directing them "direct to crazy women, descend and maintain for approach" :rotfl:

There's a small village in Austria called ****ing (though it's pronounced more like Fooking, the joke is well understood). Here's a link: http://farm1.static.flickr.com/9/13098464_7eb09d3450.jpg. Also, there's a place in Austria called "Petting", same in English as in German :DL
Edit: Sry, the name got censored (luckily, there are no asterisks on the picture ;) )

They're copies of the originals, dunno where the real things are, or if they mark out cities, but still...
I know there is a place called "Truth or consequences" in New Mexico somewhere, anyone see it on the list?
Edit: I found it, way up top. Also found this:
Unalaska, Alaska.
You can deny it, but it's true...you live in Alaska:D
