This guy claimed that a police officer made a death threat to him, he made his interview public through a site and youtube clip:
Gary: He said to me at the lift lobby 90% of the exact words - ”Mr Tan,if you walk out of here tomorrow,you might get killed.You might meet with a mysterious accident,you might disappear and nobody will know what happened to you! Mr Tan, some things and people in this country you cannot offend! Some people are above all things! You better make sure you know this! Mr Tan,we can arrange for things to happen to you.You understand or not!”
Now he's in trouble witht he authority in Singapore. Real trouble as he was threatened to be put forcefully into the IMH since the authority claimed he was delusional in his blog posting.

According to an email we just received from Gary Tan Yeong Hong, aka PothePanda, who was charged for theft by the police, he was denied trial in court when he turned up today:
“I went to trial today.They don’t even dare to let the trial proceed.Now they are claiming i am crazy and wants to throw me into IMH. Mr Chia Ti Lik (Gary’s lawyer) managed to stall them until 2.30pm,but the likelihood is that they will succeed. Please help me to broadcast!”
Background:
The last time PoThePanda’s case was featured,it was on the 26 April 2008.This was about the lack of response & action from the Singapore Police Force after he made a police report against them almost 2 weeks earlier.
3 days after the report came out,he received 2 letters.1 was from the IID(Internal Investigation Department)asking him to go for an interview to have his statement recorded. The other letter was to inform him that the SPF needed estimated 2 months for investigations.
Strangely enough, PoThePanda recalls that he had received emails from Internet Administrators/Moderators in March 2009,saying that the Singapore Police Force had requested his thread to be removed and him to be banned,reason being PoThePanda was lying. Now PoThePanda is being told the SPF needs 2 months to conduct an investigation.
If the SPF did not conduct an investigation in March,how could they run around the Internet stating that PoThePanda was lying?
If the SPF had conducted an investigation,why was PoThePanda not informed of the outcome? Why did the SPF ignore his official police report for almost 2 weeks after he filed it? And now they are claiming they need 2 months for investigation?
Furthermore,PoThePanda reveals on his blog that during the interview at IID with 1 police officer Mr Frankie Yeo,Mr Yeo had let slipped that,”We cannot produce the policemen in public,because we cannot control what they say.”
And then the SPF continues to push its allegations in Court that PoThePanda had committed shoptheft more than a year ago,denies him his witnesses and has arranged a trial on the 030609 at Sub Court 6 @ 0930 hours.

Shame on the Singapore government. If that is not a severe violation of basic human rights I don't know what to call it.
If I were him I would seek political asylum immediately under the cause of being persecuted in home country.
