Claims stripper permanitly injured him.

He is just looking (well should have been looking instead of slapping the girls arse) for a retirement check. Frivolous lawsuit comes to mind. If anything perhaps an assault charge but then again, who assaulted who first?

those heels are dangerous man... i got smacked in the head by one of those things when i wasn't even part of the "action"... i was sitting next to a secondary stage talking to a friend of mine and WHACK!

I remember when a friend of mine caught a cold from a stripper at The Body Shop Tavern back home.:D We had just walked in & this dancer came up and kissed my friend on the lips. The next day he started to get snuffed up. She tried to kiss me too but I turned my head so she only got my cheek.

I had another friend who stole one of those "fun fur" rugs that some of the strippers use in their routines. Don't know what he ended up up doing with it.

Well I should imagine the attorney is going to claim that physical contact was not invited nor encouraged therefore an assault was the outcome.
