There aren't all that many movies about the Great War as a whole (Which is a shame), there was a Russian movie called Admiral a couple of years ago, but I don't know if it's any good

If you want good naval movies about WWII, try The Battle of the River Plate, Tora! Tora! Tora!, Das Boot (Of course)...Hmm, I remember there were more, but can't name them right now

Are you talking about movies (Hollywood type) made about WWI and WWII or motion pictures taken during WWI and WWII (documentary/combat footage)?

Library of Congress would be your first stop for the latter. The research librarians there are very helpful. I use them a lot both professionally and academically.

As for being on youtube, I can't help you on that.

Most World War One movies seem to concentrate on the Western Front meatgrinder or glamorous aerial combat in biplanes. I can't think of any major naval ones. Gallipoli with Mel Gibson covers an amphibious landing, but that's probably about as close as they come.

Its not WWII or WWI but as a cold war flick 'The Bedford Incedent' is way cool. It shows the tension of the conflict and how one man can cause so much trouble when pusshed to the brink. I guess that is why the two man rule is standard both from the top down and the bottom up.

No president can engage nuclear weapons on his own.
