Many countries have lived under thebenevolent umbrella of the United States for far too long. That includes Europe, Japan, and S. Korea. US brought themselfs back into the game, and take part in it of their own accord. If you want to lash out, look no further than president Obama. Any developed country is equally affected by it, not just US.
