remove pause game message

ive seen instructions here on how to remove the pause game
message from screen shots but i cant find the thread Ive searched
every where can some one please tell me which cfg file it is in

Press "Del ." (on numpad, with numlock enabled) to hide GUI.

Press F1 in-game to see a list of lots of useful keyboard shortcuts.
