Help!

After uninstalling SH3 and everything associated with it, I reinstalled it then tried to install GWX but GWX says mods are enabled by JGSME, but they're not?! :cry:

Might try a registry cleaner in case there are some fragments left over from other installs. Might also try a windows search on JSGM and delete all JSGM files. GWX3 will automatically reload JSGM for you when you load it. (there are some free reg cleaners)

I tried this, and tried installing GWX into a empty SH£ main folder, in the right place. However, it still tells me that mods are installed.

Don't worry, I had the same issue. Open JGSME and uninstall any mods showing as installed (if there are any there, they are really not installed. JGSME just thinks they are. No files will actually change). Now empty your mods folder. Then reinstall GWX. Should work.
