I need help with ubi. does anyone know how to contact these people. I just keep going around in a circle and I never get out. I was so excited when I got the game and now I am:damn: so anyone know how to contact these people and I can end this mistake or did I just got raped:nope:

Ehr... what exactly is the problem, and what have you done so far?

Usually you can contact companies through tech support, even if they can't help you directly they could point you in the right direction. IF you manage to keep it civil; firing off hate-mail gets you nowhere. Persuade them you are a reasonable person, and they will respond in kind. Call them retarded ***-monkeys and they will shut door, wouldn't you?

I haven't been hostile at all in my messages to UBI. It just seems that silent hunter wolves of the south pacific is my game. Its not my game silent hunter wolves of the south pacific and U-Boat Missions Bundle is my game. This game is for U.S.,Canada, Mexico only. I had the game and then I got into computer problems and we had to dump and reload. Vista would not run the printers I had and I did not want to by new printers, so the guy who built the game computer, who charge big bucks to copy the files I had so I said dump it and I will start over. Dumbest thing I ever did now I can't get the game back. Just a big hassel. I don't get upset in my language at all, I know be mean and hostile will only bring greif to me. So if you can help I would appreciate it Bob

If I understand correctly you had computer problems, re-formatted, dident get your drivers updated (printers, video card, sound card, etc.) and having problems re-installing SH4.

First get your drivers updated. If you dont know how find someone whom does.
