New copy of SH3

Could someone advise me where to purchase the game with the latest updates, and preferably with no need for the DVD to be installed. i tried to purchase a copy from the USA and was advised that they do not ship to the UK

You could Purchase it from Steam, or Direct to Drive.

I've seen it in Manchester, England in a few computer games stores (can't remember their names) and WH Smiths and Asda. Make sure the one you buy has a logo that says 'Focus' on it. You don't need the dvd in the drive with that version and is patched up to date.
I bought mine from cdon.com if I remember rightly, for under 10 pounds.
