It looks like a graphics problem.
There should be a texture file (maybe a DDS file) for the beaufighter, maybe this is missing.. or this is a night fighter version.

Why the texture file is not put? DDS file replaced, all the same without changes black and remains .Что the night version means?

lots of times its got a low resolution image missing

as an example look at these files from data/sea/NAMC folder:

NAMC_N01 <<<<< high resolution image
NAMC_N01_lr <<<<< low resolution image

NAMC_O01 <<<<< high resolution image
NAMC_O01_lr <<<<< low resolution image

NAMC_T01 <<<<< high resolution image
NAMC_T01_lr <<<<< low resolution image



if the low resolution image is missing make a copy of the high resolution image and resize it to 512x512 then rename it adding " _lr " to the name to make it the missing file you need.

if its the high resolution image you are missing then copy the low res image and resize it bigger to 1024x1024 and remove the " _lr " from the name to make it the new high res image.

this is the way to fix missing files but not every file uses the same number of files, some have more and some fewer.

the game uses a high res for one view and low res for other views.

if its not missing any of these files then talk to who made it .

Okay, LukeFF kindly sent me his entire Beaufighter folder with textures and stuff - still the same error with a transparent Beaufighter skin.

Could this be a problem in the German Arty training mission someone made? A mission design problem? The aircraft shows up okay in the Museum, haven't encountered it in a campaign yet.
