I wonder how far up it got, and I wonder if they'd be able to modify it to be a multi-staged rocket system. If they did, imagine how far up they can get! I wonder if they had to notify any local airport towers of their activities.

Just think, if it was successful as a multi-staged system he could go into business and sell them to the North Koreans as a proven/workable design :DL

Since that looks like a pretty massive chemical burn there, I'd guess backing off this baby was a pretty good idea. It has the possible capability to explode.
