Periscope help

Alright, after a long break from Silent Hunter IV i decide to go and play again. I start a new German Campaign and get a mission to take some tons of supplies to some place. After that i am ordered to go and sink enemy merchants in a specific location. I wait for a few hours and then i spot an enemy. I dive and that all, but when i am going to raise the periscope i can't click on it. I wounder if it is damaged or something so i look on the page that tells you about status of the sub, and it is not damaged. I try to start another german campaing and i have the same problem. Now i tried to start an American campaing but the periscope works there ?? :-?

F4 does not work either? Try to use the [page up] [page down] keys to manually raise/lower the periscope.

are you using any mods? and if so did you look in the read me to see if they moved the periscope to a new key?
