:oWhy did they need a 2 stage rocket to get that effect, 1 should have done the trick. Still amazing though, can't wait to see how the Orion program looks once NASA starts test launching them. Finally a good old multi stage rocket like the Saturn V.

I would think the Mythbuster team could have afforded to send up a helicopter and film it from there too. I would like to have seen that.

I don't think they let them use choppers for exploding stunts. There's too much of a risk of flying debris hitting the chopper, and we KNOW there was lots of debris from that stunt!
