Woah, this guy turned his apartment into a recreation of a star trek vessel after his wife left him in '94.

No wonder she left him. :har:
I don't think there are much girls you can impress with this anyway so maybe that's the reason he left out the bed from the start, haha.
But seriously, no kitchen or bed? What are you supposed to do in this apartement?

Pffft Voyager.
And yeah, even by my standards thats a bit far :haha:
Very nice, although it should have been the Defiant or Enterprise D :yeah:
Wonder if he pipes through the sound effects, such as the engine rumble and console beepings. To me, that's what makes a starship bridge come alive :salute:

I recently watched the documentry called "Trekkies" in there was some guy whom was a dentist.
The dentist decorated his entire office / practice in star treck theme. Even the assistants wore those short skirt 'uniforms'.
It was evidently quite sucessfull at least at the time. Dunno if its still around or not.

I dont get why there is such a huge stereotype put onto Trekkies. In anything you'll get eccentrics and people who take things too far; but alot of people automatically dismiss us as sad people with no life.
Not true :-?

And we all laugh at this guy but there was a person who made his entire room look like a VII? Do you remember? He built his own uboat room. The pictures are now taken down but say, everyone got their thing!

Do I smell an international trekky/submariner/communist conspiracy to bring about the end of fascist house decoration here? :hmmm:

Nope, just a vast right wing conspiracy or the Romulans had something to do with it:hmmm:

I have had fantasies about winning a few lotteries and having a full scale model of a Type VII built with a simulator program for the added realism.
And I am sure I am not the only one with such dreams here!:know:
