I can't believe it! No tax thread yet. My solution to the problem: We should hold all elections on April 15:hmmm::yeah:

For those of you writing the $@%^ING :stare: @#$%%$:stare: Check this year, please bitch here:yeah:

Instead of pumping money into the economy myself, I get to send a large check to the state of or-gone. That check could have bought me a ticket to the subsim ranch and I could have taken Neal's family out to a nice TX dinner.:stare:

I get it all back every year, and I filed and got it two months ago. Tax Day has no special meaning for me.

Oh it does for me.:shifty: If I didn't have a handicapped child, I'd be paying twice as much to the state or OR:o.

I got a ton of money back this year. Last year I owed a ton. Does tax code work by karma???

Did mine and got a small amount back.

I would like it to work out to zero and not let have those creeps one more cent than they say I owe them...

In the meantime lots of folks celebrating 'tax day'

Oh crap, that must mean I'm dead, since I don't pay any:wah: (no, I'm not a member of any politician's cabinet).

I spent this years refund last year. :haha:

And claimed it for a deduction this year.

I got a little less than $1,000 back this year. I'm not happy about it because I did not recieve about a quarter of my income because of taxes. And that's just counting payroll deductions. God only knows how much of my income was eaten up in other taxes, and in increased goods/service prices because of corporate taxes.

Of course, I am more than not happy about it. What I would like to post is an all-caps rant that borders on verbal incontinence, liberally strewn with curse words and exclamation marks. I figure the last thing everyone needs at tax time is an abrasive wall of text.
