Too bad. People like him and Gary gave fantastic creative input that thousands of players enjoyed and expanded on. :salute:

It's just a a few weeks since Keith "Doc" Herber, famous from Call of Cthulhu roleplaying passed away as well. He had just made a come back to the playing field with the new publisher Miskatonic River. He managed to check out on Friday the 13th though, very stylish when your in the horror business... :o

cheers Porphy

Makes me want to want to call up the guys and tell them to "grab the dice and bring the books! I have a story to tell you..."

R.i.p. :salute:

Well honestly Gary and Dave were not on the best of terms, and the game hasent been the same since Wizards got their money printing paws on it.

Weve seen no less that three editions in the last 4 years :o

Making money is always high on the list for any company, so they keep revising the books to keep selling them. At least it's keeping the game alive. :hmmm:

I think it was on the 2.0 ruleset when I got introduced to D&D, don't even know how the game was before Wizards got their mitts on it.
