Playing 1.5 with TMO 1.63 Just sank a Kiturn Maru troop ship escorted by 2 DD's Took some damage but managed to get clear.
The damage was to the forward deck gun on my Narwhal, there were three crew members at each of the gun stations. Didn't have enough space in DC for all the gun crew. The three on the forward gun were Killed, zero health. First time this has happened to me. I moved the three to DC and put fresh crew to repair the gun if possible. I saved and quit.
Loaded the save the next day and lo and behold I now have 6 dead crew on the forward gun. WTH????? and they were all new at the deck gun station not the three that were previously dead. Apparently the "I'll fix it or die trying" kicked in.
I than moved all crew off the forward gun. Started for port but saved and quit for the day.
Next reload all crew are in perfect health, They had been borough back from the dead. Tough lot these Submarines.
I play dead is dead but apparently my crew doesn't.
Anybody have anything like this happen?

Posted this at UBI and though I would get SubSim's take on it also.
