Is the SUBCLUB of WPL closed for all Flotilla business as before?

Are we still able to play sh3 & sh4 stats here? or what?

If we want to play stats here for sh3 and/or sh4. Do we pull the missions from the archives or has there been updated and new missions created for use in the subclub?
