Yea this was discussed earlier, theres a thread down their somewhere...

The general concensus was while this 'armor' has its uses it is to loud and cumbersome to be used in combat conditions.

Wasn't that some other type of exoskeleton? I seem to remember the one you mention, but didn't it have a detachable backpack and was capable of folding up?

In any case, I do remember this being brought up before, but there's no harm in presenting it for discussion again.
