check in the tech tree when your in port. it'll tell you what year and you can kinda guess the month from where its located in the year box. hope this helps

You will need to upgrade your tower layout to get it. In Real life it wasn't that successful, and with GWX it's best to dive at the sign of anything bigger than a seagull!
