X3539 Error

Dear new friends @Subsim :)
I enjoy Flight sim and months ago I made a move into SH3
NO PROBLEMS WITH MY VIDEO CARD...but.
As I moved in deaper waters with SH4 I am not able to get started with the game.
Could you please Help if you have faced this situation.
The Error is listed as X3539.

Mobile AMD Athlon (TM)XP-M
1.60 GHz 1.96G of Ram
2800+
Radeon9200
I think my Video card is not adequate for the SH4 program.
What do you recommend ?

It's a runtime shader compiler error (X3539). You will need to upgrade your video card to run SH4.

A better video card is needed. System requirements on DVD case state ATI 9600 or better. My ATI 9550 worked fine since it had 256 meg video RAM.
