If you look up at the menu bar just below the main Subsim logo, you'll see the word "Downloads" second from the left. If you click on that, you'll see a bunch of games, one of which is now Jutland. If you click on Jutland, you'll find several zips you can download. You can also upload your own files.
Right now, there are 3 files, all of them created by folks on our other forum. One of them is a log analyzer utility that goes through the game_log.txt file to find stuff the game doesn't always tell you (but we're working on that).
There's also a sound mod that replaces a lot of our stock sounds.
Finally, there's a big pack of a dozen or so user-made scenarios all in 1 big zip file. I made of these; it's a tutorial for manuevering DDs from ASW screen to surface action position while getting capital ships heading the right way simultaneously. The rest are battles made by customers.
You can also upload your own scenarios to this area, with the "add file" link. I encourage everybody who's made scenarios they're proud of to put them up for us all to play. There's also a similar file area over at our Gamesquad forum, if you want those guys to see your work, too.
