Didn't use one.
I went into control panel and edit signature line to change an image. Pressed insert image and supplied off site hyperlink. Press save. Error code recorded.

I thought it might have been the image was too large so I downsized it. That didn't work. I tried a different host site, that didn't work either. I then deleted and then reinserted the same image and the same error code reported.
