Ah, Could I Get A Few Torpedos?

Working on my first war patrol. Went to Japan, sunk four freighters, returned to Pearl, refitted and issued new orders; Back to Japan to werak havoc on the Emperor's shipping. Stalked a nice convoy, all set up to take out the biggest ship and snap off a couple at the escorts when, hello? No Torpedos aboard!!! WTF? Do I have to tell them to reload when I am at Pearl? Went back to Pearl, ended the mission. Issued new orders, checked before leaving dock and still no torpedos! Are you guys using them all? :03:
How do I resolve this?

Been awhile since I played stock which I suspect you are. With the mods torpedoes are loaded automatically. I thought they were in stock too, but in any case, just go to your torpedo screen when you are in port and load em up.

They are normally loaded automatically, as far as I know. Be sure to check your torpedo screen before heading out, in any case.

One thing of note: If you chose *refit* instead of *end patrol*, the port will reload your torpedo racks, but not the tubes. So you might want to hang around until your crew stick the fishes in the tubes, then refit again to get a full complement of torps.

Actually, when you RTB, you do not automatically get reloaded, since you might chose to "buy" updated torpedoes with renown.

It reloads me automatically; I then have to unload the 14's for whatever fancy fish I want.

Maybe the auto-reload button has something to do with this...

If you refit, they will give you the amount equal to what's you can store. If you're out, refit, go to torp screen and load the tubes. In stock or TMO this is not automatic. Then to fill up you need to refit again. Simply, if you're out, refit twice to get a full load.

If you're hitting refit and not getting any torps....something is screwed up regardless if it's stock or running a mod.
