This is deeply concerning...they've confessed, so start the trial proceedings and let justice take its course.

What a farce , has this bunch confessed to assasinating Julius Ceasar yet ?

Agreed. Just don't execute them. That's exactly what they want...martyrdom. Just sentence them to life without parole, throw away the key and move on.

Yeah , until they have an appeal and the appeal finds they are convicted based on questionable confessions and dodgy legal practices.
Thats the problem with Gitmo , it doesn't serve justice .

Oh, there will be appeals, arguments, objections......
It's a mess and it will be messy cleaning it up no doubt about it.

I really don't understand why people are so opposed to giving these people a fair trial. If they say they're "terrorists to the bone" I have to imagine they'll be found guilty at a trial. Then we can lock them up for life and nobody will complain.

Thank you . while some of my family range from the kill every Muslim to the Nuke the whole middle east camp I don 't agree with that ****e .
I want ****ing justice against the murdering bastards , I don't want some "martyr" to fess up to pay the price I want them people who actually did the **** to pay the price .
Gitmo ain't delivering that ,KM's confessions put hm everywhere at the same time which means any legal court would throw it straight out .
When I want people who cut off heads of innocent people and post it on the internet for sick ****s to look at punished I want the people punished who did it not some gob****e who thinks it gives him a name if he admits it when he wasn't even there.
Actually while I am on a roll can I say **** the British foriegn office the useless bastards who are so thoroughly incompetant that they still play catch up when everything has become common knowledge , it ain't often that I would put ny praise towards the government of this country , but at least the Irish foriegn office was on the ball with updates and assistance
