...Because Politico is a liberal web site?

:har:

Seriously, Steamwake, what is your problem with the First Lady? I honestly am not aware of any gripes. Unless she's just guilty of being married to a democrat or something....

I do not find Politico goes either way. They seem more central to me. Probably because everyone focuses on the usual suspects when it comes to news sites. :hmmm:

No, seriously.
I'm honestly curious because I had no idea anyone had any problem with her....

I believe she will do more than the previous first lady. I think this goodwill tour of the bases is great. It is far more than the previous first lady did.

I'm with you, Enigma. I may disagree with her, as I disagree with her husband. That doesn't make either one of them bad. Nor does it make them my enemies. Opponents, yes. Enemies, no.

You guys don;t see that quote is being taken massively out of context?

You guys don;t see that quote is being taken massively out of context? :doh:It wasn't taken out of context - that's why she later explained herself.

I'll agree that she mispoke or what perhaps inarticulate. But this isn't a case of out-of-context.

Fair enough. Although I'm confused as to why, given the above post, you would continue to take it out of context...

Heh, someone beat me to it but I was going to say at least NOW she's proud of her country...

Not that any of it is really relevant. President Obama won the election despite this, and all the other faux flaps. I just find it annoying that people continue to repeat the same old nonsense...

But, I did so in jest. It's not that big of a deal to me. Lighten up, man.

Talk about sick of people repeating the "same old nonsense", didn't you start the thread with the comic strip about the GOP? Or is it only "nonsense" when its a joke about your side?

Lighten up? I'm fine. No need to lighten up. I didn't attack you. I even said it's not really relevant. YOU lighten up. :03:

Also, the comic comments on the current state of the GOP. Your commenting on one comment one person made over a frikkin year ago. lil' difference....

In any case, it was the "same old nonsense" from the left. :yep:
