SH4 1.5 is actually the U-boat missions addon and is payware. The latest patch for stock SH4 is 1.4 and can be downloaded almost anywhere.

The 1.5 Patch is a part of the "U_BOAT MISSIONS" add-on pack. You CANNOT download just the 1.5 patch.
