That will limit bullets to domestically manufactured ones. I guess the part they miss is that the manufactures from Russia will just set up shop here.

Gun laws quickly get too complicated for me but I 100 percent agree with any law that says you cant outsource the production of ammo.

Ammo has to work. When you are being robbed and need to defend yourself you cant afford to have a subpar bullet because it was a few cents cheaper.
