Tired crew

I have to change my crew each two hours because they are tired (especialy in diesel engine room). Which file(*.cfg?) should I change if I do not want to change my crew so often?

Use SH3 Commander. Select 'No Fatigue'.

That's not the only way, but it's definitely the best.

Yup. I always set my crew to No Fatigue. I dont think a captain of a uboat would have to micro manage his crew like that. Thats what the petty officers and constant training and drilling are for. The watches are part of a routine that the captain wouldnt have to worry about.

If you're not using the commander, change the

[FATIGUE_COEF]

values in your basic.cfg file. Type in "0" to disable, or divide the existing values to have ones you desire.
