Build 1.022
*Implemented generic dialog string selection event handling logic to remove dependencies upon locally defined constants. Among other things - this will lift the apparent "10 player" limit in multiplayer games.
*Updated ship database and "New Battle" scenario template to assign Dutch (Netherlands) country characteristic to "Dutch Merchants". Implemented code to patch database for previously created scenarios and saved games.
*Corrected a multithreading issue that could cause campaign errors if certain controls were invoked shortly after a spawned battle began generating
ver 1.024
We have done two things in this build.
1. The thoughput speed of the game to game MP communications has improved by an average of 75%. That means that the amount of game bandwidth required to stay synced up has dropped by that much.
We have also introduced additional Lag time reporting for players.
An analysis of MP logs from testers has reveiled that some voice communications packages may be hogging more band width that players realize. In game logs where players got out of sync, bandwidth ecternal from the game hogged a large portion of the total avilable bandwidth. While we cannot point directly to one program or the other, all the fingers are pointing towrds this.
2. The other item is in the area of some non-english having trouble installing 1.022. This corrects the error "Users is not a valid User or Group". We dont have a Win XP64 machine to test this on, but this may also fix the same problem on some English versions of XP64.

1.024 was a trial version. 1.025 is the actual patch.
