Before I had the latest GWX I used to rely on the red ship icon on the TDC to do my manual targetting with. Now with the latest GWX installed apparently they no longer show up on the map. Is there something I have to do to get it to display the ships icon on the TDC or will I just be forced to blind fire?

Blind firing? I'd rather move up when I want to, rather then when I'm forced to.

Well let's get the obvious out of the way first: do you have the "god's eye view" option on?

Wait what? The red ship icon in the TDC? Do you mean the ship markers in map/attack map view, or something else?
If contact markers have disappeared from the map, check your realism options and turn off 'No map contact updates' to get your markers back.

it't not "blind firing" :nope: its... more like... not-omniscient firing... both GWX3.0 's scope and other mods scopes (i personally like OLC's GUI) give you enough tools to predict the path of a target.
even so... you can measure the bearing and distance to a target and then represent that on you'r map... to make a "fake" red ship icon.
(omniscient? is that how you spell it?... you know... fomr Omniscience)
