Boobs are just flesh (Not so appealing now, huh?) so real ones that size would weight a lot, but implants are silicone or something, and weigh less.

I believe that silicone and 'flesh' are roughly the same weight.
Article stated there is a gallon of silicone in there :o
Still even if it was half the weight of "Flesh" there still at least 4 times 'normal' so undoubtably she will have some issues.
God forbid she get in a car wreck or some sort.
Vanity is such a strange thing.

Whats that phenominom where something looks almost real but there is just something that puts you off.
Its like those crazy silicone 'love dolls' some folks spend thousands on them. Personally I find them creepy.
