Bold Decoy?

Could someone tell me how to deploy a BOLD decoy? I've searched everywhere but I can't find it.

I'm on a VIIB in '40 btw.

No BOLD decoys in '40. I think they become available in late 42/early 43. When they are available (and you've purchased the upgrade) the keyboard shortcut to deploy them is "J"

I've noticed that I sometimes accidentally deploy a decoy when I mean to go to the hydrophone station (j being beside h). I wonder if I could remap the bold function to another key?

on the other hand i always deploy decoys through the officer orders icon for the chief engineer.

i never knew the J key would do it.
