Recently i was sent to the Hiroshima photo recon mission, well it all went good i sank 2 merchant and a sub chaser in my way to it :lurk:.

So after sneaking in i was close to the deep spot close the Hiroshima harbor suddenly i see a Fuso battleship i was like OMG HOLY !! :ahoy: (it's the first time i'm going to sink a BB) :D

Then after getting the range and all that right, i shoot 3 torpedoes, first hit! second hit! third dud :x, after i shoot a fourth and hit i was like WOW it's gonna sink!!

Suddenly it gets stuck because the waters are too shallow for it to sink , i was like Awww screw it, shot all my torpedoes to it (just for fun and to see what happens) and it's still stuck there :damn: (I ended up shooting like 10 torps LOL)

Is there anyway to sink it!! :hmmm:

I had the very same situation once. Hiroshima recon, Fuso in the neighborhood, sent four torps right into her, and no good.

Apparently in stock, there are two ways to sink. The first is by damaging. If the enemy ship's hull reaches zero, then it's sunk. The second is by flooding. If the ship takes on too much water, it will also sink.

In your (our) situation, the Fuso's hull damage didn't reach zero, and since the water was too shallow, flooding was also out of question.

I got a very good advice while I was explaining my situation: aim for the amunition storage bellw the guns. the resulting explosions just might be enough to finish the job.

Could you sink it shooting at the ammo depot?

Thanks

WOW, i actually just got a hit in the ammo depot and BOOM i sunk it!!:arrgh!:

I used 2 torps, do you think i would be able to sink it with 1 torp but in the ammo depot? :haha:

I want to use less torps because i got lot of targets to go in the Hiroshima harbor
