Black sky all of the time

I hope someone can help me troubleshoot this problem. I'm running SH III on Vista and when it runs, the horizon is black all of the time... I'm running it in the XP Compatibility mode and have installed the 4.0 patch. I've even gone so far as to uninstall and reinstall the game w/ no success. The sky was working properly for a few weeks last year, but quit w/o any explanation. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey there,

Same happened to me, with a vista rig. Running GWX. If you are too, did you enable a mod, recently?

Don't really know what caused it but it righted itself after I turned off 16km atmosphere.

Usually caused by not rolling back SH3 Commander before adding/removing/changing a mod.
