A query for the historians~

What sort of preformance would result in the PUC? Three outstanding patrols?

For the purposes of the game - what would you expect would be the parameters for rewarding this?

Bowfin earned the PUC for her second patrol, during which she sank ~25,000 tons of enemy shipping. She was also the only boat to also earn a Navy Unit Commendation in addition to the PUC.

Here's an example for you. This is a copy of the Presidential Unit Citation for the USS Sandlance (SS-381) that my grandfather received:

Someone was attempting to get the actual copies of all Presidential Unit Citations given to submarines in WWII, but I cannot find where that is listed anywhere.

It was an award available in SH1, so yeah, it'd be nice to see this award make a comeback.
