Whenever I am on the bridge (or F12) or peeking through the periscope, The frame rate drops to 1. In all the other screens it hovers around 40 - 60.
I have searched the threads for this problem; but all I got were ones on a "map screen" freeze, which is not the problem.
I've tried everything. Any ideas??

Does it freeze for a second, or is it at 1 frame per second the whole time?

The whole time. As soon as I go back to interior shots, it is back to normal. My machine always ran it before. It just started doing it.

Have you added any new mods? Maybe any environmental modifications? (I.e., OLCE)

No, I didn't; Which is why I am baffled.

Hmm... Perhaps some settings on your video card were changed somehow? :hmm: Maybe anti-aliasing/anisotropic filtering were enabled?

I have this too - it started when I installed GWX 3.0 - It didn't happen on previous versions. It seems to go away if you switch between several stations and then go back. I have an antique graphics card, so i can't really be surprised. It's fairly rare too. Just wondering what changed though.

Rustbucket GFX card here as well... Occasionally performance in the radioroom will drop to about 10-15 FPS, for the length of the patrol. Seems to happen randomly for me...
@ Fr8monkey: Do you have poor framerates for the listed views on every patrol?

Yae, even after restarting the game numerous times.
