I need some help

Where is the repository for the LATEST modifications for SH4 V1.5? I'm looking for RSRDC, ROW, and the latest sound files. I went through the thread for RSRDC comprised of about 60 pages. But, is there a centralized place where ONLY the latest modifications are located? I know this has been asked many times ad nauseam, but please indulge me just one more time. Thanks, Old_tex:-?

the first post in RSRDC is edited with the latest version of the mod and patches if any. The spiritual and actual succesor to ROW is Pacific Environments or PE.
